By placing an order with Lumina you agree to these terms.

Guest checkout is always available. Creating a member account is optional and lets you save details and find invoices later.

Payment must be completed before we ship. Manual transfers need a payment proof; Midtrans payments are confirmed automatically when the gateway reports success.

Unopened pairs may be returned. Opened or worn lenses cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Shipping rates are calculated by city at checkout. If a city is not listed yet, contact us before ordering.
